This class follows up the Intro to Pelvic Floor class. This is for those of you who have experience with pelvic floor work, and are looking for a deepening of your understanding or to build on the foundations you’ve set. This is the time to ask questions about your practice, and gives the chance to make more shifts in something we think we know, or that we still are confused about. You will be surprised at how much more you will be able to feel and understand the second time around!
